Smart Hatcher:

Revolutionize the hatching process with our innovative smart hatcher technology, which not only slashes the hatch window but also ensures the well-being and uniformity of chicks. Through this innovation, we can achieve an incredibly short hatch window of just 4 to 6 hours or even less, facilitating the production of consistently healthy chicks without resorting to antibiotics.

Smart Broiler House:

Broiler chickens necessitate precise temperature conditions from chick to adult chicken. Even a slight(2-degree) variance from the ideal temperature for each growth phase can hinder growth. Our smart broiler house maintains optimal temperatures for every growth stage, while also mitigating humidity, carbon dioxide, and other harmful gases. This uniform environment is extended to all multi-layer cages across the broiler house, ensuring maximum productivity.

Big Data Platform:

Our smart hatcher yields robust and consistent chicks. And maintaining an ideal growth setting via precise environmental regulation within the smart broiler house. The smart broiler house facilitates the monitoring and administration of chicks and feed composition in individual cages inside broiler houses, streamlining operations across all farms. ABC(Altag Broiler Complex) is a centralized complex encompassing the feed mill, parent stock house, hatchery, broiler house, slaughterhouse, biogas plant, and more. This arrangement guarantees meticulous control over every aspect of the broiler production process. Moreover, it facilitates the reduction of transportation distances for chicks and broilers. Concerns related to infection and the spread of diseases can be mitigated through the implementation of environmental control techniques and the adoption of healthy chick production practices.

Carbon Emissions Reduction:

With an unwavering dedication to sustainability, we are actively engaged in initiatives aimed at curbing carbon emissions generated by broiler production, with the ultimate aim of reaching Net-Zero emissions.
